Chicken pieces in orange-ginger sauce

Chicken pieces in orange-ginger sauce
  1. Remove the peel with orange and mix it with grated ginger. In a separate bowl squeeze the juice from the orange.
  2. Chicken breast slightly off and cut into small pieces, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the cloves of garlic into quarters and lay them on the oil heated in a frying pan. Allow the garlic to give the flavor and gently lay it out of the pan, first sweeping it aside and collecting it with a spatula. Most of the fragrant oil should remain in the frying pan.
  4. Put on the chicken pieces and fry for 3-4 minutes first on one side until a thin golden crust, and then on the other.
  5. Put on the chicken mixture of zest and ginger, mix, allowing the meat to soak this dressing.
  6. Mix the orange juice with soy sauce, pour the mixture on the chicken and cover with a lid. Cook under a lid on a small fire for about 10 minutes. Open the lid and sprinkle the chicken evenly with flour. The liquid should collect around the pieces in a thin, slightly viscous sauce.
  7. Serve hot or cold with a garnish of vegetables or salad leaves.
